Terms and refunds
AI&I Commercials is run by Lamar Myers under VTREI, LLC in Tucson, Arizona ("AI&I", "we"). By buying a commercial, you agree to these terms.
What you get
- 15-second commercial: $100. 30-second commercial: $150. Prices are in US dollars, paid once. Nothing renews.
- One vertical (9:16) video file, delivered by email within 3 business days after your order.
- One free re-edit. More changes can be quoted separately.
How it's made
Commercials are made with AI video tools. People, places and scenes in them may be AI-generated. If you send a photo of a person, you confirm you have their permission to use it.
Your photos
Photos you add to the order form are stored privately and used only to make your commercial. We don't share or sell them. Ask us and we'll delete them.
Your content and the finished video
You must own or have the rights to the logos, photos and claims you send us. Once paid for, the finished commercial is yours to post and advertise anywhere. We may show it in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Refunds
- If we can't deliver your commercial, you get a full refund.
- If you're not happy with the first version, tell us what to change and we'll re-edit it once for free.
- After you receive the finished commercial, the sale is final.
- If you were charged twice or a payment went wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
